01 Services Provided

Ivan's Angel Hands provides mobile therapeutic massage delivered to your home, hotel room, office, or event location in the Miami area. Sessions are performed by a massage therapist licensed by the State of Florida, license number MA97155.

Available session types include deep tissue, sports and recovery work, relaxation massage, and extended all-inclusive sessions. Session lengths and prices are listed on our booking page and may be updated from time to time.

Everything needed for the session is brought to you — massage table, linens, oil, table warmer, cool gel pad, and music. You only need to provide a clear space roughly the size of a twin mattress.

Brickell, Coconut Grove, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Midtown, Edgewater, Wynwood, and Little Havana are served at standard pricing. Locations outside those areas are served with a flat travel fee, quoted before your appointment is confirmed.

All services are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual. Requests of any other nature will end the session immediately, and the full session fee will be charged.

02 Booking & Arrival

Appointments may be booked online or by text message. An appointment is confirmed once a date, time, address, and session length have been agreed.

• Two to four hours' notice is usually enough for same-day availability; booking a day or two ahead secures a preferred time.
• Please provide accurate address details, including building, unit, entry instructions, and parking guidance.
• If entry cannot be gained, or nobody is present within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.
• Sessions that start late at the client's request may be shortened so that following appointments are not delayed. The full session fee still applies.

Gratuity is never included in the session price. It is not required and always appreciated.

03 Cancellation Policy

Because each session is a reserved block of travel and appointment time that cannot be filled at short notice, the 24-hour window lets us offer that slot to someone else.

• More than 24 hours' notice: cancel or reschedule at no charge.
• Less than 24 hours' notice: a 50% fee applies to the booked session price.
• No-shows and lockouts: treated as a cancellation inside the 24-hour window, and the 50% fee applies.
• Rescheduling: moving an appointment inside the 24-hour window counts as a late cancellation unless a mutually workable alternative time can be arranged the same day.

The fee may be waived at our discretion for genuine emergencies, sudden illness, or severe weather. If we ever have to cancel on you, you will not be charged anything.

04 Payment Methods

Payment is due at the end of the session unless otherwise agreed in advance. The following methods are accepted:

• Cash
• Credit and debit cards
• Venmo
• Zelle

Apple Pay is not currently supported.

Card payments are handled by our third-party booking and payment processors. Full card numbers are never seen or stored by us. Hotel, event, and corporate bookings may be invoiced, and a deposit may be requested to hold larger or multi-therapist bookings. Cancellation fees are collected using the same methods listed above.

05 Client Conduct

A safe, professional environment is required for every session. We reserve the right to end a session immediately, and to charge the full session fee, if:

• any inappropriate, sexual, or suggestive request or behavior occurs;
• the client is intoxicated or under the influence of drugs;
• the environment is unsafe, unsanitary, or the therapist feels threatened in any way.

Please keep pets secured during the session, and let us know in advance if children or other people will be present.

06 Health Disclosure

You agree to disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, recent surgeries, pregnancy, or medications that could affect your session. Massage may need to be modified or declined for certain conditions, and some conditions require clearance from your physician first.

Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Nothing said during a session is medical advice, and no diagnosis or cure of any condition is offered or implied.

07 Limitation of Liability

Massage therapy carries inherent risks, including temporary soreness, bruising, or discomfort, particularly with deep tissue work. By booking a session you accept those ordinary risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Ivan's Angel Hands is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Total liability for any claim relating to a session is limited to the amount you paid for that session.

We are not responsible for:

• conditions you did not disclose, or the aggravation of a pre-existing condition;
• reactions to massage oils, lotions, or gels where no known allergy was disclosed;
• property damage or loss at the session location, except where caused by our negligence;
• outcomes that fall short of a specific therapeutic result, as results vary by individual.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

08 SMS Messaging Consent

When you provide your mobile number — by booking, by texting us, or through a form or chat widget on this website — you consent to receive SMS text messages from Ivan's Angel Hands at that number.

What we send

• Appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling changes;
• Arrival updates and address or access questions;
• Replies to your own questions, including quotes and availability;
• Occasional service updates or offers, where you have agreed to receive them.

The details

• Consent to marketing messages is never a condition of purchase — you can book a session without agreeing to them.
• Message frequency varies with your booking activity.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.

09 Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page, and the "last updated" date above will change. The terms in effect when you book are the ones that apply to that appointment.
